Mission:
The repair of a group does not consist in the replacement of only the damaged parts that compose it. it is the awareness of the substitution of shares in anticipation of an imminent damage, due to their wear.
The ability to predict a break is a function of an analysis technique that relates the real-time operation of the component, and the quality of the individual parts that compose it: except that there have been no design errors on the part of the brand.
The duration of operation of each component is always due to a period of maintenance in order to allow for proper use and appropriate duration: the higher the value of the component the greater attention that falls on it and hence the quality of the individual parts that make up the set.
The creation of the groups from the conceptual point of view and commercial aims to provide the customer or to repair the complete view of the spare interested in a possible replacement. It’s not the only benefit for the producers of spare parts to it is the vision that the manufacturer prior to the end user to transmit that will face an expense in anticipation of a repair.
Description:
The group is a set of parts that satisfy the quality conditions, mechanical and physical properties necessary and sufficient to the composition of a component in order to ensure the functioning of a machine. They can also be created for the sole purpose of facilitating the installation by the end customer who can follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer for proper installation. This is to reduce the time of commissioning. Can be created in order to indicate which of them are usable parts from the brand or by the manufacturer; or which are present in the market competition in order to provide the end customer a preventive vision of availability in the domestic market. The group is identified with the suffix “GP” to the item that describes eg “BEVEL – GP” (pinion and gear).
Coding and classification:
The group is encoded as if it were a single spare part. Correspond to it information about the size, the packing, the weight and the amount of the prices of individual parts that compose it.
Dismantling and assembling:
The group, at the discretion of the manufacturer, can be supplied entirely. The component parts must always be usable and where required sold individually.
Picture:
The manufacturer provides an illustration of the group and its composition with a clear indication of what are the parts that make it up and which accessory parts indicated only in order to indicate the location of the component.
The group is shown in 3D isometric perspective and shows the list of spare parts. The list shows the number of codified parts identified in numerical order corresponding to the illustration which depicted the group itself.
Printing:
The print format is adopted standard A4 structured in one or more pages giving precedence to the illustrations and the following list of parts.
Service kit: gender groupings:
Any other parts that are not shown in the drawing as seal kit or kits bearings are indicated at the end of list at the discretion of the manufacturer according to the needs of use. In this way every time you looked at a list, in the bottom of the list of component parts, there may be a list of other spare parts: the so-called kits.
The parties grouped in kits will be marked with a symbol next to the alphabetical coding. The same symbol is shown next to the coding of the kit which is part of it.
Information access:
The manufacturer allows the direct and free access to information of the spare parts and groups.
Certification and compliance:
The individual parts are part of a group comply with the originals and are adaptable individually if they were used in other groups. The manufacturer has an obligation to produce, within 30 days from the date of request, quality certified parts sold. In the case of assembling a group, within 30 days of the request, the manufacturer will have to produce a certificate has been installed in accordance with the specifications given by the brand.
Origin & labeling:
The label of each part must include: encoding; description; quantiy, weight; origin.
If the goods are not from the Community, the manufacturer is required to produce simultaneously with the transport document a statement of origin.
Warranty:
The commercial sale of a “group” protects the customer for at least 2 years warranty after delivery unlike the individual parts that are guaranteed 12 months. The manufacturer has the skills, the tools and the means to offer the customer the component up and running to perfection.
Core exchange:
The manufacturer may pay the customer a 30% discount (core deposit) for the core received provided it meets certain minimum conditions of acceptance. This only then the whole group is sold with the exchange of core.
Sale and availability:
The individual parts that make up the group are serviceable and available up to a term of two years from the sale. The manufacturer undertakes to produce for himself an amount necessary and sufficient whereas in a short future the same group may have to be revised or double-checked. In the time interval covered by the warranty, if not on stock of the manufacturer, the defective parts are replaced with the original from the brand at the expense and charges not paid by the customer.
